Biography
I received my master degree and Ph.D. in the Department of Public Health Nursing from the University of Istanbul (Turkey). I have managed many different public health projects (occupational health, assessment, health promotion, prevention, treatment, epidemiological research) in variety village, schools, community health centers and at workplaces. My projects on these contents have been presented in different international congress. My current focus is on women and child workers health, occupational stress and management, health promotion and HIV/AIDS. I have been working about three years in the infection diseases clinical department and over three years in the different clinic at hospitals. Currently, I work as an assistant professor in Faculty of Health Sciences of Istanbul Bilgi University. Also, I give consultancy to textile workers and work voluntarily as a consultant about occupational health and safety, healthy life behaviors, risk assessment and hygiene in elementary, high schools and vocational training schools.
