Rosa M. Orriols,PhD, received her BSChE from Barcelona University in Barcelona, PhD from Suffolk University in Boston and her Master from the Universitat Politecnica Catalunya in Barcelona. Currently, she is Director of Occupational Hygienist Health Safety in Hospital Universitari Bellvitge Institut Catala de la Salut the main health institution in Spain. Her research and work focus on preventing harmful exposures and creating healthy environments at work. She is on Board on International Commission Occupational Health (ICOH) from WHO. She also Profesor in Master of Occupational Health at Deusto University. Previous, Rosa was Technical Officer Occupational Health and Safety in National Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) at the Spanish Government.

Professor Anna Tompa, MD is Director of the Department of Public Health at Semmelweis Unversity Medical Faculty since 2004. She received her Ph.D. from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, Hungary in 1981 and completed her residency in Pathology at Semmelweis University Medical School, also in Budapest, in 1996. Dr. Tompa was the main contributor to the Hungarian Chemical Safety Program, establishing the National Chemical Safety Department in 1998. She was named Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (D.Sc.) in 1999 for her work on the theoretical basis and practical use of human genotoxicological monitors in Hungary. Her primary research interests have focused on cancer prevention, using biomarkers to detect early signs of disease.

Frederic Dutheil is professor in medicine, medical doctor in occupational health, physiologist and researcher at the University Hospital of Clermont-Ferrand (CHU), and a clinical fellow of the Australian Catholic University. Member of the « Laboratory of Metabolic Adaptations to Exercise in Clinical and Pathological conditions(AME2P-EA 3533) from 2006 to 2015, his work on bio markers of stress led him to the creation and the head of the Physiological and Psycho-social Stress team at the UMR CNRS 6024. He is the scientist of Wittyfit, a software designed to improve health of workers, through a personalized and individualized feedback of their health, taking into account job characteristics. He is now aiming at building tools for objective measures of stress.

Tetyana Frolova, MD, PhD, Professor, is the Head of the department of Propaedeutics of Pediatrics No.1 of Kharkiv National Medical University, Ukraine. Since 2005 she is the Head of the Regional Medical Diagnostic Center of metabolic disorders of bone tissue in children, under the patronage of the Ukrainian Association of Osteoporosis. She is a Scientific secretary of the specialized academic council of the Kharkiv National Medical University. She received her Ph.D in 2007. Her primary research interests have focused on regional features of physical development and formation of the peak of bone mass in children: the connection with somatic pathology. The priority research area in recent years consists in the analysis of the formation of mineral profile of child population with consideration of peculiarities of harmful environmental factors, problems of osteoporosis and osteopenia in children. Prof. Tetyana Frolova is a member of the American Association of Pediatricians (AAP), the International Association of Medical Elementology, International Association for Adolescent Health, the Ukrainian Association for Osteoporosis and EVIDAS. She is an author and co-author of more than 350 scientific papers, 11 textbooks, 16 state patents for invention, 22 manuals for students.

Dr. Greiner received an MSc in Psychology from the Technical University Berlin, her Masters in Public Health and her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of California Berkeley and her Dr. rer.med.habil from the University of Greifswald (Germany). Birgit Greiner is a Senior Lecturer at University College Cork, School of Epidemiology & Public Health and the Course Director of the MSc in Occupational Health course. She graduated with a PhD in Epidemiology and a Masters of Public Health from the University of California Berkeley, and with a Higher Degree in Psychology (Dipl.Psych.) from the University of Berlin. For the past 30 years she has been conducting occupational health research in different industries and sectors in Germany, USA, UK and Ireland. Her main research interests have been the investigation of work stress factors as determinants of physical and mental health in the work place. While cooperating with academic researchers, health & safety practitioners, union and management representatives she published extensively in scientific journals and co-authored three books in German on objective risk assessment of work stressors.

Professor Meel has joined the University of Transkei in 1996. His special interest is in Occupational Health and thus he was motivated to start an Occupational Health Clinic for ex-mineworkers with the minimum of resources in May 1997. Since then he has examined over 3,000 ex-mineworkers. In 2002 Prof. Meel received an award of excellence for poverty alleviation and community services by the Impumelelo Award Trust, Cape Town. He was a finalist for the Science, Engineering and Technology Award, Pretoria in 2003.He is the recipient of the Vice Chancellors Award for excellence in research in 2002 and 2003. He has also a recipient of a Humanitarian Recognition Award 2005 from USA Chest Foundation and Health Professions Council (HPCSA), South Africa in 2007 for his work in the community service of ex-mineworkers. He has published about 100 research articles. He is married to Veena and has four children, Anita, Ruchika, Piyush and Swati. All are medical qualified doctors.

I received my master degree and PhD in department of Public Health Nursing from University of Istanbul (Turkey). I have managed many different public health projects (occupational health, assessment, health promotion, prevention, treatment, epidemiological research) in variety village, schools, community health centers and at workplaces. My projects on these contents have been presented in different international congress. My current focus is on women and child workers health, occupational stress and management, health promotion and HIV/AIDS. I have been working about three years in the infection diseases clinical department and over three years in different clinic at hospitals. Currently, I work as an assistant professor in Faculty of Health Sciences of Istanbul Bilgi University. Also, I give consultancy to textile workers and work voluntarily as a consultant about occupational health and safety, healthy life behaviors, risk assessment and hygiene in elementary, high schools and vocational training schools.

Dr. Leung has more than twenty years of practical/teaching experience in the construction industry/education and has participated in a number of prestigious construction projects in Hong Kong. She has attracted over HK$18 million for various research projects, and published over 150 refereed publications in international journals and conferences. Research areas covers value management, stress management and facilities management. Some of the studies have been published a book with the title of Stress management in the construction industry. She has received a number of international awards, including Tony Toy Memorial Award issued by the HKIVM, Thomas D. Snodgrass Value Teaching Award issued by the SAVE international in the USA, Academic Excellence Awards issued by the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors, Academia Best Paper Award issued by the Miles Value Foundation in the USA, Teaching Excellence Award issued by the CityU. Dr. Leung is also a senior Fulbright Scholar at the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Southern California in the USA in 2014-15.
