Occupational Health Psychology concerns with the application of psychology to improving the quality of working life and to protecting and promoting the safety, health and well-being of workers. As it is considered health as positive state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Mental health in Occupational Health and safety includes psychologists; physiotherapists who tries to understand individual workers, employees underlying psychological process and mental health and well-being in the organizational environment and also in extreme environment.
